Position: Assistant to the CEO CVR Partners
Location: Sugar Land, TX
Description: This position provides advanced administrative coordination necessitated by the Chief
Executive Officer’s accountability for managing the enterprise. This position manages
information that impacts business operations, strategic planning, resource allocation, and
coordination of people and resources. On behalf of the Chief Executive Officer, this
individual regularly communicates with external Board of Directors and Committee members,
investors, key executives, internal customers, investment bankers and vendors. With
little to or no supervision, the job content is non-routine, time sensitive and confidential.

Position: Chemist

Description: Under the general direction of the Chief Chemist, this position will conduct laboratory
analysis, instrument maintenance, instrument calibration and QA/QC compliance on the feedstock and

Position: Corporate Accounting Manager

Description: This position specifically oversees for both CVR companies the preparation and review of the
internal Oracle financial statements as well as other corporate areas such as debt, deferred
financing, management allocations, insurance, and eliminations. The incumbent will supervise
the Senior Corporate Accountant and Corporate Accountant. In conjunction with the Corporate
Controller, this position will help oversee the Corporate Accounting Department, including direct
supervision of the general ledger accountants and the Accounts Payable Department. This
position will assist in populating and reviewing the financial statement tables and related
disclosures in the Company’s 10-Q’s/K’s as well as providing assistance in reviewing the Company’s
board presentations and other special reporting as needed. This position is exposed to highly

Description: This leadership position is responsible for the development and administration of personnel
and process safety policies and programs which ensure all facilities are in compliance with Federal
and local safety guidelines/legislation and other safety requirements. The incumbent is to
ensure employee safety programs are developed, carried out and documented. Programs include
preventative, precautionary and safety hazard event protocols. The Director will regularly
interface with government officials, executive management, supervisors and employees. This
position will: supervise all Safety Manager employees associated with CVR; serve as the subject

Description: This professional staff position will lead in the development and implementation of
occupational safety and health, and process safety management practices, policies and procedures.
This position will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of training and field verification,
and audits of same. Position will also have responsibility for reviewing other Safety Specialists’
work for conceptual design and project engineering/management of safety and health related capital
and expense projects to include fire detection and suppression systems, vapor detection and
monitoring systems, mitigation systems, etc. Additionally, the position will be responsible

Position: Transport Driver

Description: Provide safe and efficient transportation of crude oil products via tank truck. Assure
accurate measurement of crude oil by properly applying API gauging and sampling
standards. Meet established transport productivity requirements. Demonstrate the ability
to operate a hydraulic pump system in a safe manner. Use supplied communications tools, including a
laptop computer with data entry and GPS system software to proficiently transfer field data to
crude accounting. Prepare run tickets, vehicle inspection records, trip reports and driver
logs in strict adherence with all Company and agency-required environmental, health and safety
policies and procedures. Maintain strict adherence to all DOT, OSHA and EPA regulations and
