| Description: |
- Perform root cause failure analysis on problematic equipment. Develop solutions for
leading failure causes. Implement solutions accordingly.
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles through activities including product research, design
of installations, equipment evaluations, equipment selection, installation and maintenance of
electrical equipment and related systems.
- Ensure that electrical equipment and installations meet refinery and industry standard
specifications.
- Provide guidance for maintenance repairs and construction contractors as necessary.

| Education: |
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology is
required. |
| Experience: |
- Prefer five years experience performing maintenance related tasks in a refinery or
petrochemical plant environment.
- Prefer some exposure to Maximo, Excel and Autocad.
- Prefer substantial experience interpreting one line electrical drawings, P&IDs and control
schematics.
- Prefer some exposure to general electrical related calculations in regards to power and
performance parameters of electrical equipment.
